Products analysed include whiskey, wine, vodka, rum, tequila, beer and various other types of spirits. Â Parameters include % alcohol, higher alcohols, methanol, volatile acidity, aldehydes, esters, furfural and various other quality related parameters. Â Microbiological analysis is also carried for wines.
