Extension of time period granted to the Food Business Operators for complying with the provisions for the declaration of trans fat and saturated fat

FSSAI has further extended the time period granted to the Food Business Operators for complying with the provisions of the said notification no. P 15014/1/ 2011-PFA/FSSAI dated 27.06.2013 published in the Gazette of India amending the Food Safety and Standards (Packaging and Labeling) Regulations, 2011 regarding the declaration of trans fat and saturated fat on the label and the order dated 17th December, 2014.  This date has now been extended up to 01st, July, 2016.
